Fair of khartoum PAVILIONS . Open exhibition areas and sheds were also rehabilitated

The fairs grounds enjoyanumber of road networks, telecommunications facilities standby
powerhouses and other services .The international fair of khartoum is conidered
as alinking point between sudan and the rest of the world . The fair ground are
also considered to be the main center for local,regional and nternational fairs
and exhibitions in sudan .
SFZ has maintained deep-rooted relations with other international companies that
promote their products during the annual session of the international fair of khartoum.
The fair consists of 5 international pavilions with atotal area of 14000square meters
inaddition to 50,000 square meters of open exhibition area .
There are more than 50 sales points for direct selling to the public visitors of
the exhibitions.The SFZ orgnizes the annual international fair of khartoum , which

The Green Village Hotel and Ameri Restaurant
|
The SFZ has 3 start Hotel,Which Lies, on the left bank of the Bule Nile in Khartoum.
The Hote accommodates 125 bedrooms in addition to the gardens and greenery surrounding
the place.
The Ameri Restaurant is two-floor first class resaurant lies adjacent to the Green
Village Hoteland only afew steps from the international Fair of Khartoum ground,
with a total area of 200,00sq.m
The restaurant design is first of its kind in sudan and designed to be atrade linking
point and rendering services to the ministries,businessmen, organization, embassies
and diplomatic missionsaccredited to sudan as well as for public visitors.

There is aplan to construct a five star hotel at the left bank of the Blue Nile
in aground area of 239430 sq.meters.The hotel Would be four story building and shall
include the following:
50 single rooms,180 Double rooms,20 Executive suits ,60 presidential villas
Other facilities include conference halls recreationl facilities with international
standards and Golf playgrounds.

SFZ Rail projert:
The company is seriously engaged in introdution of new policies
to embark on the Rail service investment.The idea of the project
is fully supported by the sudan Railways Corporation as an intergral
part of their decision for the private sector to play a crucial part
in the development of the Railway services business. The Objective
of the project can be summed up as follows:-

SFZ Rail project phase (1) Rehabilitation and Hire basis programme:
|
The SFZ has desided to undertake the rail project in two phases .
In phase One SFZ will acquire 3 locomtive train engines and 10 wagons before the
end of the year 2003 .The trains and wagons will be put into service immediately
after their delivery from sudan railways corporation and the SFZ rail will run the
business.

Phase (II) procurement:
The SFZ rail will procure 8 locomotive engines 300 wagons and will be put to service
from the year 2003 . The wagons will be designated for the transport of merchandises
from port sudan to khartoum in addition to marawi dam project building materials.
The total investment capital is estimated at 41.5 million USD with an estimated
annual revenues of 6.5 million USD.

Green Village Limousine:
|
Within the scope of its future vision , thye company has undertake anew
initiative to introduce the service of limousine to meet the highly increasing
demand of this service in sudan .
The service will be provided for the high ranking officials dislomats , businessmwen,guests
, visitorsas well as the public .

Phase (1):
The limousine project is divided into two phases. phase on include the service
of more than 55 brand luxurious and prestigious of unque models such as mercedes
benz ,toyota camry, toyota landcrusier and BMW . The cars are now put for the services
of the clients.
Phase(II)
An other batch of luxurious abd elegant cars will be in service in the year 2003
The limousine service is envisaged to cover other parts of sudan in 5-year plan.

SFZ Tower Building:
|
Within the framework of its future vision and to match with the rapid growth of
sudan's economy ,the company has decided to buid up a23- story building in an area
1200 sq.m The estimated build area is about 34000 sq.m The SFZ Trade center is designed
to accommodate business Aparments, Conference Halls , business center and car parking.
The total cost of the SFZ Tower is approximately 22 million US dollars.
